Increasing brand awareness for handz.on through targeted marketing strategies

As an IT consulting firm, we support hands on their clients with the digitisation and automation of processes. The IT experts specialise in the areas of IT Service Management, Enterprise Asset Management, and the information security of digital data. handz.on offers a comprehensive service that is tailored to the individual requirements of companies. However, the certified employees not only advise their clients on choosing the right platform for optimising IT processes, but also simultaneously implement their own software solutions, which the company also develops internally. The diversity and number of successfully completed projects since 2008 speak for the first-class service and in-depth expertise of handz.on.

In spring 2022, handz.on commissioned INVICTUS to manage all marketing activities in order to increase brand awareness and leads.

Our Task

In Spring 2022, handz.on commissioned INVICTUS to strategically reposition and manage its marketing activities. The aim was to increase brand awareness, expand its digital presence, and promote the generation of high-quality leads.

Implementation

INVICTUS implemented a number of strategic measures to optimise handz.on's digital presence. In 2022, the existing website was initially redesigned to improve user-friendliness and present the company's comprehensive portfolio more clearly. This included restructuring the menu navigation, creating new subpages for specific solutions and expanding the content to make the versatility of the services more accessible to potential customers.

In 2024, handz.on went one step further: together with INVICTUS, a completely new website was developed that supports the company's new branding and makes the communication of IT services even clearer and more modern. This new platform boasts an appealing design, intuitive navigation and a strong focus on the needs of the target group.

In addition to website optimisation, INVICTUS also implemented digital advertising measures to increase handz.on's visibility. Targeted Google Search Ads were used to direct qualified visitors to the website, while on LinkedIn, Lead Gen Form Ads featuring custom-created whitepapers were employed to generate new contacts. Complementing this, regular social media posts were published, providing information on events and trade fair visits, among other things, and social selling was used to specifically approach potential customers via LinkedIn.

Customer loyalty was also actively strengthened: greeting emails on special occasions ensured a personalised approach, while surveys were used to obtain valuable feedback on customer satisfaction. INVICTUS' comprehensive marketing activities not only led to greater brand awareness, but also helped to generate qualified leads and deepen the relationship with existing customers.
