Carpenter Behrendt: Brand development and employer branding

As a family-owned business in its second generation, Carpenter Behrendt has established itself in the Brandenburg region. To attract new clients as well as regional customers, Invictus developed a corporate branding strategyto position the company as a strong brand in the Brandenburg and Berlin area.

Carpenter Behrendt has a wide range of expertise and offers various services: from heritage conservation and timber construction to furniture and building joinery, high-quality interior construction, and the installation of soundproof and fire-resistant doors. The company was founded in 1990 and employs 30 people. Its clients include Kulturkaufhaus Dussmann, the German Youth Hostel Association, and housing construction companies.

Our Task

Invictus was commissioned to establish Woodwork Behrendt as a strong brand in the Brandenburg and Berlin region, aiming to attract both new customers and qualified employees.

Implementation

The measures included, among others, the development of a corporate identity, the establishment and expansion of social media channels, as well as the design of the website to address new customers in the business environment.

The development of an employer brand helps the carpentry business counteract the shortage of skilled workers and recruit new employees. For this purpose, Invictus deeply immersed itself in the topic of employer branding for craft businesses and, within six months, developed and implemented new recruitment strategies for the craft sector.
