LEXICON» USABILITY

Der meist englischsprachige verwendete Begriff Usability (deutsch: Benutzerfreundlichkeit) steht für eine benutzerfreundliche Gebrauchstauglichkeit, mit dem Ziel effektiv, effizient und zufriedenstellend zu sein. Zur Anwendung kommt Usability bei nahezu sämtlichen Produkten, bei denen eine Mensch-Maschine/Technik-Schnittstelle existiert. Dazu zählen u. a. Websites, Apps oder komplexe Maschinen.
